Bill Bodine 

Bill is appearing for the seventh time on the Academy stage, though his first with Opera on the James. He has been seen here in I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, Camelot, Art, Guys and Dolls, and On Golden Pond. Originally from Cherry Hill, NJ, he is a graduate of Lynchburg College, where his love of theatre was kindled. 

Bill has performed in over thirty shows since his college days, most of them at the Renaissance Theatre, Lynchburg College, Sweet Briar College, and the Academy. Favorite roles include Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady, John Adams in 1776, Bernard Nightingale in Arcadia, John the Baptist/Judas in Godspell, and Pseudolus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. He is most grateful for his sons, David and Michael and the support and inspiration of his wife, Terry.
